Ordering is
simple: (please

1. Either call or email me about the item (s) you want to make sure
it is still in stock.
2. Quotes are free for real people.
3. Click the button on the
home page and use any acceptable means of paying for the items.
(Credit Card, Check, Debit Card, Bank account)
If
PayPal is available in your country, then you can use PayPal to pay
for your order with a credit card or bank debit card or Check. If
you don't have a PayPal account you can sign up for an account with
PayPal, it easy and simple. But you don't have to. If PayPal doesn't do business with
your country, neither will I.
Please submit payment in advance, in full.
Order prices in the online shop system will not add shipping during
the checkout process and no taxes are added by Daay-Glow outside the
state of California. Shipping is whatever you want-- Next day,
3day, ground etc...you decide--this eliminates the shipping
rip-off. (otherwise I will use a 3rd party shipping company)
Payment can be submitted in any currency,
although we advise matching the currency used in the online order
process for ease of calculation.

We do not currently offer Accounts, Purchase Orders or credit.
2. Minimum order is $150.00 USD (without shipping)
3. Most packaging is free but not all (I will let you know before
you pay)
Further Payment Notes:
Please do not send cash in the mail.
Please do not send checks or money orders. (If you do, you will
have to wait until they clear, which is like credit see *1.)
Please do not email or fax us details of your bank accounts or credit cards
and I will not send you mine.
We cannot accept Western Union money transfers.
We also do not accept Money bookers, No check, or other online
payment systems. Sorry!
Please do not use online payment vouchers such as 3V vouchers to
submit PayPal payments, as these will be rejected. Similarly, do
not attempt to use another person's credit card for PayPal
payments unless you are certain the credit card owner will be
able to provide us with direct confirmation that the charge is
authorized.
We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden
charges. (unless you are a California Resident 8.75%) You pay us what you
see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
HOWEVER - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on
imported goods. That's life.
Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do
not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country.
In any one country the rules are often applied differently in
different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
Daay-Glow is based in the USA. Therefore anything you buy from
us is going to be imported as far as your customs are concerned.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations,
customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems,
paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.
As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your
country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information
before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales
taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the
courier upon receipt of the package's from California.
Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to
pre pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to
someone please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having
to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
If you order goods from us and feel that
you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please
don't blame us.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your
own country before completing your order.
That is why our overall statement about tax is always as follows:

If you have special instructions for your orders, please always add
them to the comments field in the online checkout process. This will
ensure that your instructions are followed by our packing/ shipping
team. (If we can't follow your instructions, e.g. because you
request a declared value that is unfeasibly low, we will contact you
before processing your order.)
Shipping and Handling has risen in the last
few years and probably will continue to rise. Shipping
consist of the couriers price (USPS, Ups, etc...) Handling
consist of the box or container the cost to get the container,
the tape or adhesive to wrap the container. The material
to pack the item in the container and delivery of the package to
the courier. Shipping and Handling is 99% none refundable.
This will protect both you and I from fraud and theft.
